Creating a more equal society starts with understanding the importance of social justice and empowerment. On the other hand, empowerment discusses giving people the means, resources, and aid they need to lead their lives with confidence. YHO Aims For Social Justice And Empowerment

Among different goals, ‘Social Justice And Empowerment’ is also the focus of YHO. We are setting up groups throughout the globe to achieve this objective by:

• Forming Access to Equal Rights and Opportunities: When we talk about creating equality, it is more than just providing equal access to rights and opportunities. We must also aspire to empower people to use their rights and opportunities. Everyone should have access to a wholesome environment, this will create a society of inclusivity. YHO aims to develop better access to economic, political and social rights and opportunities for everyone, regardless of race, gender, sexuality, or any other social or economic status. We must ensure that everyone can access the same resources and that those resources are adequate and appropriate for their needs. We must also ensure that everyone can access the same education, employment, and housing opportunities.

• Researching Ways To Support Marginalised Groups: We live in a society where some people are privileged, while others are not. These people are often denied the same rights and opportunities as those who are privileged and face discrimination and prejudice regularly. It is important to identify the groups that are marginalised, so we can work together to create a more equitable and just society. 

• Addressing The Issue of Unequal Resource Distribution: Aside from individual and group-level factors there are other causes of resource inequality. This includes economic, cultural, and political forces. One way to create more equitable opportunities and privileges is to invest in public services and infrastructure that benefit everyone. This includes education, healthcare, affordable housing, and public transportation. YHO also aims to dismantle oppressive systems that perpetuate these inequalities. We challenge the structures that create and uphold such disparities. Thus we must focus on building more fair access to social capital and opportunities for all people. 
• Implementing Fairness and Justice: This is essential to create a society that is free from oppression and discrimination. The first step is creating a just and fair society so that everyone has access to education, employment, and healthcare. This means providing grade education to everyone, regardless of their background or financial situation. YHO ensures that everyone is treated equally in the justice system through various means, irrespective of background or financial status.

The power of social justice and empowerment is immense. It is the most effective way to achieve true equality and break down the systems of oppression that exist in society. We must continue to fight for greater awareness and understanding of these issues, and seek a world where everyone is treated with respect and dignity.
