Ownership of Intellectual Property:
All programs, documentation, and related materials provided by Yoga Healers Organization (collectively, the “Programs and other”) are the sole and exclusive intellectual property of Yoga Healers Private Limited and are protected by applicable copyright, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws and international treaties. Yoga Healers Organization or its licensors owns all content, materials, courses, methodologies, techniques, designs, logos, trademarks, and other intellectual property (collectively, “IP”) provided by the organization, whether in digital, physical, or any other format. This includes, but is not limited to, all course curricula, manuals, video lectures, audio recordings, written materials, exercises, meditations, and any proprietary information created or used by Yoga Healers Organization.

IP Protected Courses:
Our courses, including their structure, content, and distribution methods, are particularly protected by intellectual property rights such as copyright, trademark, and trade secret. We spent a tremendous amount of time, effort, and money building these one-of-a-kind and excellent programs.

Prohibited Use and Reproduction:
You accept and agree that we have provided you a limited,  non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our courses and materials solely for personal, non commercial educational reasons. Without the explicit previous written approval of Yoga Healers Organization, you are strictly prohibited from:
-Reproducing, distributing, publishing, displaying, performing, or transmitting any of our intellectual property in any form or by any means.
-Creating derivative works based on our intellectual property.
-Selling, licensing, renting, leasing, lending, or commercializing our intellectual property or any portion of it.
-Sharing your login credentials or allowing others to access our restricted courses or content.
-Using our IP for commercial purposes, such as teaching, training, or providing similar services to others.
-Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or digital materials supplied by Yoga Healers Organization.
-Removing all copyright, trademark, and other property notices from our materials.

Unauthorized Use and Enforcement:
Any unlawful use, replication, or distribution of our intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and relevant intellectual property laws. Yoga Healers Organization retains the right to seek all applicable legal remedies, including injunctive relief, monetary damages, and attorney’s fees, against any individual or business found to be infringing on our intellectual property rights.

Reporting IP Infringement:
If you become aware of any unauthorized use or violation of Yoga Healers Organization’s intellectual property, please notify us immediately at namaste@yogahealer .org

Acknowledgment of IP Protection:
By enrolling in and accessing our courses, you expressly accept and agree to respect and protect Yoga Healers Organization’s intellectual property rights, as described in this section. Compliance with these agreements is critical to the ongoing integrity and value of our programs.
